Questions.
How much does it cost?
The mailbox and the benefits on this page are free. If a service is paid, you see it before activating it.
Why is there a waiting list?
We open in groups so email delivery works well and to keep spammers out.
Do I need a Linework account?
Yes, every mailbox is paired with a Linework account. If you don’t have one, you create it while opening the mailbox.
Is it certified email (PEC)?
No. The email is signed and authenticated by our servers, but it doesn’t have the legal value of certified email.
Do my emails always reach the inbox?
Nobody can guarantee that, because Gmail and Outlook apply their own filters. We look after signatures, server reputation and sending limits.
Can I send mass campaigns?
Yes. You send them from Booh certified servers through our backend, with volumes that grow step by step. Lists must have the recipients’ consent and every message has one-tap unsubscribe.
Is financing for all members?
No. You need at least 100 LNWK shares and an active LineworkPay account, and every request is assessed. The mailbox doesn’t give approval, but it speeds up the approval process with an expedited procedure.
Who can join?
Adults who pass identity verification.
